Shipping policy

Delivery information:

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to verify your payment.

Processing: All orders have a minimum 1-4 weeks lead time to be processed. This is the standard time for all orders. Please note that processing time and delivery time are different stages.

TLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen goods due to the nature of our business. All orders will be Tracked and Signed for, items will not be released unless signature is provided.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a order confirmation to notify you that we’ve received your order.

Orders on hand will take 1-3 days processing time, and will be be shipped by 1st class tracked which takes 1-3 days to arrive. 

Raw hair products: can take up to 15-20 working days to process, this includes straight and curly bundles.

Standard Delivery: For all U.K. orders, please allow 3-7working days to receive your order once dispatched. Orders made internationally carries a delivery time of 5-10 working days once dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with an estimated delivery date. Please note that all packages are signed for and will not be released unless a signature is present.
